If, in response to the information on this website, you are interested in one or more of the horses on offer, then you can make an appointment with the organization to view the horses in the stables and see them under the saddle. Veterinary report

Recently before the auction, all horses have been X-rayed and clinically examined. The reports and the X-rays are available for viewing on Tuesday the 1st of February ; these will be at the JHFS sale office in Sibculo. On the same day, the organizations veterinary will be present to supply explanations of the reports and X-rays. Please feel welcome to bring your own veterinary along. Height

The sizes of the horses have been classified as follows:

S: till 1.62m
M: 1.63m – 1.66m
L: 1.67m – 1.70m
XL: over 1.70m

Insurance

Hippo Zorg BV offers new owners the possibility to insure their purchase from the moment of allotment. On the purchase form the buyer is offered the option to insure the horse immediately. Buyers that do not pay for their horse on the day of the auction are obliged to take out this insurance. VAT Each horse has mention of whether or not it will be sold with

VAT.

Horses that are sold with VAT will have their purchase price augmented by 6% unless there is a question of a special arrangement that has been made for export. Please refer to the conditions of auction on this matter.

Notary

The auction will take place under the supervision of a notary.
